Declaration on the duty to inform

Video conferencing and data protection:

With the aim of dealing with technical interruptions and obstacles during online workshops and online seminars, I request that a list with the name, telephone number and e-mail address of all participants be sent to me before the start of the event. I will delete this data immediately after the end of the event; will not use it in any other way and will not pass it on to third parties.

For Zoom video conferences via my Pro account

To ensure the greatest possible data protection in my online seminars, workshops and coaching sessions, I hereby inform participants of this,

• to close all applications on their device that are not required for the meeting or coaching session before accessing the video conferencing system

• not to share any presentations or tables via ‘screen sharing’ or similar video conferencing functions that contain sensitive internal company/organisational information

• that it may be useful to delete cookies once the video conference has ended

• that I only invite them to additional online tools during the events that can be used by the participants without registering by name

• that I always work with a password or waiting room and therefore ‘uninvited’ guests do not have access.

If companies/organisations do not wish to work via Zoom, they must provide me access to their account (MS Teams or WebEx) for the duration of the joint event. In this case, the responsibility for data protection lies with the client.

Data protection and cookies in general:

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. Your data are exclusively processed based on the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on my website.

Cookies

This website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. I use cookies to make my website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable me to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

Web analysis

My website utilises functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (web analysis service of Google LLC) and Wix.com (Luxembourg S.a.r.l, 5, rue Guillaume Kroll, L-1882 Luxembourg). Cookies are utilised to analyse the use of the website. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.

Although your IP address is recorded, it is immediately pseudonymised so that only a rough localisation is possible. The relationship with the web analysis provider is based on ‘Privacy Shield’. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, cancellation and objection regarding your stored data. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated, you can complain to me or the data protection authority.
